Default Double Closing
Here in Cincinnati, OH we can not "Double Close". Is there another alternative other than closing with an Assignment?

Cannot as in what? It is legal everywhere that I know of to buy then sell to someone else. It is harder to get your buyer financing on either one (assignemnt or double though).

In Ohio majority of the title companies refuse to DUBLE CLOSE. Iwanted an different alternative, but I read through your BLOG and found some important information. Thanks!

I agree with Jared, you just haven't found the right company yet. It is not illegal to buy a house and resell it immediately. There are however companies that do not like to do that as much. You need an investor friendly company.

Do not go to any of the companies that use stuart title for insurance or chicago title and you will usually be ok. Most of those comapnies do not do double closings without a lot of disclosures.
