Need advice
Im in high school but want to get in to real estate as soon as I graduate. What advice do you experieneed investors have for me? Where should I start?

Find someone in your area that does what you want to do and be a gopher, do boy errand runner, peon, but also be a sponge.Follow them around like a puppy dog and help them get deals, but while you are doing this you will be learning.
I see Michigan, are you anywhere near Detroit?

you can also check out some of the books here most of us had a say with the books on the list. Also remember the quicker you get out there the better off you are in the end! Also you could reed Steve's Blog it will help you understand what is going on and some of the lingo.

I have to say I was 19 when I bought my first property..... Tim McGraw sang it best..."Live like youre dieing"
I have to admit when my lender asked me how old I was I lied to him and said I was 21 ... Like being 21 was all that and then some...

Tim McGRaw?? Mike are you sure you aren't a long lost brother of mine or something. Not that I listen to country music or anything, but you gotta' have some Alabama/South East in you to go for that line.
I agree though, jump out there, what is the worst that can happen, you can't be any worse off even if it crashes and burns. You will have made your mistake and went on down the road. Or you will have done well and learned some good lessons as well. Either way good for you.

I was raised on CCR and The Doobies... And smoked a couple as well... Hell a good time in B'Field is shooting beer cans off of the wooden fence with your dads 22...

Ha good one. Sounds like all areas are all about the same then huh, you could have done that in Bama, Mississippi, or I am sure in Indiana. I guess every where can have country bumkins and rednecks.
All along we thought we were the only ones. CCR is a little old for me, but the Doobies that is another issue.
