I am trying to secure $100k to complete 2 business transactions (one is acquiring a deli.) I have an investment property that I can use as collateral that is worth $80k (I currently owe $46k on it on a 2 year hard money loan, so I have roughly $30k in equity left above what I owe)to secure the funding and wanted to see if this is something you can help me with. I can purchase the deli for $65k and would use the other $35k to expand the website as well as generate business credit.



I have $5000 to cover the points and closing costs, and I would only need this loan for 2 years max, interest only. I am willing to pay anywhere from 8%-15% on the rate, depending on the terms. I am wanting to secure this capital before the end of June if at all possible.
