That is pretty cool, we loan hard money as well. I can do up to 70% LTV and we only charge 3 points origination and 14% interest. Just an FYI. We are pretty picky though and don't deal with just anybody. Our main requirements are that you have the capacity to cash us out within the term of the loan, if you are not able to sell the property.
We only loan to businesses though.
