Boom?
Will real estate boom like it did ever again since no one is going to give financing the same again? What are your thoughts on this?

I am not sure if we will ever see a "boom" like we have over the last 10 years or so, but it will go back up at some point.
The lending is the part that we are going to have an issue with. If the lending situation corrects itself then it will be better, but with out cash for purchases it is hard to see another boom in the near future.
