Need a title company that does assignments. The one I had found has gone out of business. I am in Birmingham,AL.

Hi TopChoice - Is Old School Title in your area? I know at least five of their offices deal with assignments since I have used them for my closings. They should be able to help if there is an office in your area.

I appreciate that fellows sorry it took so long I have been tied up on a big commercial deal. I am just now catching back up. I did find a company. USA Title does assignment but I will check into the others. Its good to have more than one. Thanks.
