Choosing an entity for your business
Ok, this is one of the hard parts in this business, and I have written a blog tonight to try to shed some light on differences between entities. I hope it is helpful. I got my laptop back up, but sorry I have not written in a day or two, hope everyone likes this episode.
Next I am going to talk about targeting properties and areas and what decisions you have to make before you ever buy your first property. This will invariably lead to financing and a bunch of other fun stuff, so bear with me.

Go to FIB homepage, look on the left side uner Site Navigation. It's the fourth topic from the bottom. Click on that and you will see a random blog post pop up. Under that you will see current blog posts on the left and all the comments on the right. Kind of confusing huh?
