Ok if you folks don't know I do title on hud deals all the time. THESE DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO VILLAGE TITLE!! All you have to do is tell the agent who you want to do the title work and closing then they set everything up. Having this done by your title company and not a hud's title company will make all the difference in the world in cost and stress. I know many of you have sat waiting forever for hmbi and hud to get things together so you can close but there is a better way. When you... |
