What have you done right? Well, just for being a part of FIB and helping me learn and grow. For posting on the site…That’s why! LOL..

I have always wanted to get into real estate investing but always had this fear in the back of my mind that it isn’t possible for me to be successful. I mean, you can’t own a house without spending money, you have to have great credit, and you need credit cards and money in the bank.

OK, here it is. I had a friend come to me looking for land in Brandon, MS. She is a developer and usually buys lots ready to build. She brings in her own contractors and builds on the lot and holds the property until she sells it FSBO. In December 2007 she sold 5 houses and ran out of land.

My friend contacted me to help her find property. As a friend I stopped what I was doing and called/emailed everyone I knew in her area to help find property. Now this lady is going to make a decent...

So this weekend I decided I would be pro-active and fix a problem on Flipitbig.com that I figured everyone was having because I was having it.

I mean, me the site owner is having a problem so everyone must have the same problem right?

Well that turned to my worst NIGHTMARE! I worked round the clock this weekend trying to resolve the issue and just when I think I had it resolved it was only the beginning of more problems.

I finally had to give up and restore...

Why is it all of these investor networks online that want you to post your plan with them for investors want to charge crazy amounts of money up front.

I have seen these companies many times allow you to post a statement or request for funding and then at the end of the process you have to PAY. I mean…why not ask you to pay before all of the work has been put in.

It seems so hard to get to investors and while I know we all feel we have great ideas and we should be funded...

It is only 9am and I am already pumped and ready to go. I have been awake since 2am! Why 2am you ask? Well, I am working on a business deal not related to real estate and found some very useful hidden information yesterday that has got me pumped and the circle of individuals I trust hyped as well.

I have had a couple more offers to partner up with me and get me the 100k I need to launch the first phase of this business.

Not to mention our site here at Flipitbig.com...
