Was looking through my local craislist ads today and came across an ad that caught my attention just wanted to get some feedback from others before I look into it further...


Bird Dogs (Property Finders) Wanted

Job Description:
-Write down the phone numbers on all For Sale by Owner (FSBO) signs in a given area, then call those numbers and get information sheets completed.
-Fill out information sheets on any and all houses for sale by private owners. Do this for FSBOs and any other houses you can find.
-Submit those sheets to my office.
-We then determine whether to add home to our portfolio, and if so, you receive your finder's fee.

Compensation:
-Receive $250 if we buy and you furnished owner's information
-Receive $100 if we buy and you did not furnish owner's information

Most of these FSBO's are turning out to be zero equity homes and or investors. These guys are probably taking sub to. Hay if someone is going to bring me the deals, I think its a great idea; I will pay 200-300 USD all day long !!
